I’m not exactly sure what you are asking. There is a TMDL for the James River in Lynchburg and we are in the proves of re-modeling that original TMDL ( bacteria). Fishing Creek should also be included in the James River allocations for the Ches Bay TMDL for sediment and nutrients. I’m not sure where the anti-degradation fits into this, so maybe we need to chat. Thanks, Paula Paula B. PWs may be from either office. Templeton Paving is subject to antidegradation, since this appears to be new construction. I will work on exactly how to apply this, I am not sure at the moment. thanks Lewis Pillis, P.E. VA DEQ 3019 Peters Creek Rd Roanoke, VA 24019-2738 540-562-6789 (office) 540-521-8642 (cell)
