Lewis, 

Can we talk about this is person?  I’m not exactly sure what you are asking.    There is a TMDL for the 
James River in Lynchburg and we are in the proves of re-modeling that original TMDL ( bacteria).  
Fishing Creek should also be included in the James River allocations for the Ches Bay TMDL for 
sediment and nutrients.   I’m not sure where the anti-degradation fits into this, so maybe we need to 
chat.

Good Morning Paula, I need to find out if one new ISWGP discharging to 
Fishing Creek in Lynchburg has a TMDL (Templeton Paving, 3535 john 
capron road) and how permit writers are going to find out in 2014 when 
we reissue all these GPs. PWs may be from either office.
Templeton Paving is subject to antidegradation, since this appears to be 
new construction.  I will work on exactly how to apply this, I am not sure 
at the moment.
